Real Stories from LA Homeowners

“Had a leak behind the wall in my hallway and honestly wasn’t sure how bad it was going to be. They came out, found the source pretty quickly, replaced the section of pipe and patched the drywall after. Took less time than I expected and they walked me through what they found before starting anything. Wall looks fine now, no sign anything happened. Would use them again.”

“Called them because my water heater started leaking and honestly it was such a good experience. The tech walked me through repair vs replace, didn’t try to push anything, just laid out the options clearly and let me decide. I ended up going with a new unit, and while he was there he also fixed a small pipe leak under my sink. Pricing was fair and there were no surprise fees after. Would definitely use them again.”

Did the repair and maintenance same day, didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need which I appreciated. Guys were professional and explained what was going on with it. Would use again for sure, fast and no hassle.”

“Our house had small leaks and visible corrosion so we called Poppy Plumbing to evaluate our home. They showed us photos of the problem areas and explained the difference between another spot repair and a full repipe. We chose the repipe, and the water flow is now more consistent from room to room. They did an amazing job and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.”
